Welcome! Thank you for your interest in sponsoring our event in 2017. There is a limited number of sponsorships available for this event as we like to keep it fairly exclusive.
Here’s a little more about our one-of-a-kind event and ways you can contribute:
The Event: iPadpalooza is a global, non-profit learning festival held at Westlake High School in Austin, TX on June 6-8, 2017. This is the 6th year of this event and our theme is “Learning on the GO”. Besides the Pokemon-themed day, I can promise you we are going to have some amazing speakers, great live music, and talented educators on hand (and in some cases dressed in costume!)
Attendees: This is an international event with 1,000+ people in attendance (which includes many district-level decision-makers) as well as educators and mobile device enthusiasts from all over the country.
In addition to keynote speakers, workshops, and concurrent sessions, we will also have a pre-event called “iLead Academy” led by international speaker Tom Murray. This event will offer content and courses to district & campus-level leadership around the country.
How You Can Help: While this is a non-profit event, we need sponsor support to help fund t-shirts, food, door prizes and travel. There are multiple levels of sponsorship ranging from door prize donations and advertisements to distribution of marketing materials and vendor sessions and booths.
We strive in making our vendors an integral part of the event. Attendees will be given various challenges throughout the 3 days which encourage interaction with vendors. Vendors who have attended previous events have loved the high level of interaction and prime placement of the vendor hall.
We offer three levels of sponsorship and the top two levels get booth space and presentation time built into the schedule. For more information, fill out this contact form:
